Located in coveted Marina District of Lusail, the new headquarters of Al Khaliji bank will stand 26 stories in height. Main building mass planned for corporate offices, some of which will be leased, rests on a 6 level podium which is planned for bank offices and parking. The podium is cladded with subtle mashrabiyyah screens and is accentuated by the wide horizontal boarder in bank’s corporate color. The same border draw attention to Al Khaliji management offices occupying 23rd and 24th floors.
